English Muffin Caprese Sandwich Recipe

Our garden yielded a ton of basil this season, so we whipped up some fresh pesto sauce, took a trip to Second Mouse Cheese to pick up Narragansett Creamery's burrata, sliced fresh tomatoes (also from our garden), and toasted up a vegan sourdough "Whole Wheat" Dam Good® English Muffin! Here you have it folks - a Dam Good® English Muffin Caprese Sandwich with tomato, basil pesto, and burrata cheese!

To make our English Muffin Caprese Sandwich recipe, first grab a bag of your favorite Dam Good® English Muffin variety (we used "Whole Wheat")!

What you'll need:

  • 2 tablespoons of Pesto
  • 1 fresh Tomato, sliced
  • 2 slices of Burrata cheese
  • 1 Dam Good® English Muffin, toasted

Steps:

  1. Spread Pesto on both sides of English muffin.
  2. Lay Tomato slices on top of Pesto on the bottom half of English muffin.
  3. Place Burrata cheese on top of Tomato slices.
  4. Finish by placing the top half of the English muffin on ingredients, and enjoy!
