With a brand name inspired by the New Croton Dam in Cortlandt, New York, these artisan Dam Good™ English Muffins are "Handmade for Goodness Sake!" with all-natural, non-GMO ingredients, no preservatives, and a blend of active and wild yeast starters–which gives them a mild sourdough aroma and taste.
After a cold-fermentation period, our artisan sourdough English muffins are first hand-cut, then griddled on cast iron with clarified butter–making every one different.
When toasted, Dam Good™ English Muffins have a crispy outside and chewy inside, making them great for burgers, Eggs Benedict, breakfast sandwiches, melts, pizzas, or simply with butter, cream cheese, or jam.
