How do you ship Dam Good™ English Muffins?
We pack bags of freshly-baked sourdough English muffins in taped-sealed, brown corrugated cardboard boxes that have black ink stampings of our Dam Good™ English Muffins logo on the outside. Should your package arrive in a damaged condition, please let us know by sending an email to customercare@damgoodenglishmuffins.com.
Can I buy Dam Good™ English Muffins online and send them as a gift?
Yes, but please consider that since bread is a perishable food product, you’ll want to let your recipient know, so that upon delivery, the package contents can be stored in the freezer to preserve freshness. Also note that NOT included in gift packages is any payment or pricing information, but at Checkout, a recipient gift message can be added.
How much does shipping cost?
When shipping a single box that contains 3 bags of English muffins, here are approximate cost ranges and delivery time estimates:
U.S. East Coast - $8-13.00 (1-3 days)
U.S West Coast - $13-18.00 (4-5 days) **Since there are no preservatives in our English muffins, we recommend that you upgrade the shipping to 2 day postage, in order to maintain quality and freshness.
Other continental U.S. states: $10-15.00 (1-3 days)
Alaska & Hawaii - $17-21.00 (3-4 days)
Note that shipping costs decrease when more than one product selection is purchased and shipped to the same address.
When are English muffin orders shipped out?
Orders are shipped out Monday - Wednesday and should be placed before 3:00pm EST for same or next day shipment. Please note that if you place an order on a Wednesday, we can't guarantee same day shipment - but we will do our best!
Can muffins be shipped to a PO Box?
No.
Do you ship outside The U.S.?
No, at this time we only ship English muffins to customers located in all 50 United States and the District of Columbia via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS) or UPS (United Parcel Service) and provide notification with order tracking.
Do packages of English muffins require a delivery confirmation signature?
No, we authorize USPS and UPS to leave all packages at the shipping destination without a signature. That way, the recipient does not need to be home to accept it, and shelf life is not negatively impacted over the course of multiple delivery attempts.
