Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for personal preference or dissatisfaction. In other words, we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee.

If your order arrives damaged or compromised in transit, please contact us at customercare@damgoodenglishmuffins.com within 24 hours of delivery, and include photos if applicable, so we can assist you.

Please note that Dam Good® English Muffins is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are not insured through Route Package Protection.
