To make our “Falafel Burger on a Sourdough English Muffin” recipe, first grab a bag of your favorite sourdough Dam Good® English Muffin variety (we used Vegan ‘Original White’)!
What you'll need:
- 1 Falafel Burger (we got ours from Marbled Meat Shop)
- Olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon of Hummus (we used Lemon Garlic Ithaca Hummus)
- Sliced Vermont Sharp Cheddar Cheese (we used Cabot)
- Sliced tomato
- Sliced avocado
- Mixed greens
- 1 Dam Good® English Muffin, sliced in half
Steps:
- Cook falafel burger in a pan with a olive oil until brown on both sides
- Toast English muffin.
- Smear hummus on bottom half of English muffin, and layer falafel burger, cheese, tomato, avocado, and mixed greens on top, and enjoy!
