Sourdough Shamrock Toast Recipe

☘️To those celebrating Irish food, drink, and culture today, Happy St. Patrick’s Day ☘️

Pictured is our version of an edible shamrock -- a toasted vegan sourdough Multigrain Dam Good™ English Muffin, with a schmear of cream cheese, topped with sliced cucumber! 

What you'll need:

  • 1 Dam Good™ English Muffin, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
  • 6 slices of cucumber
  • 2 stems of a green pepper
  • Parsley for garnish 

Steps:

  1. Schmear 1/2 tablespoon of cream cheese on both halves of the English muffin. 
  2. Layer 3 slices of cucumber on each half of the English muffin in a shamrock shape, and the parsley on top.
  3. Place green pepper stems as pictured above, and enjoy!
