To make our “New England Lobster Roll Sandwich” recipe, first grab a bag of your favorite sourdough Dam Good™ English Muffin variety (we used 'Whole Wheat')!
What you'll need:
- Meat of 1 Lobster
- 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
- 1 leaf of Butterhead lettuce
- 1 Dam Good™ English Muffin, sliced in half
- Toast sliced English muffin.
- In a bowl, combine Lobster meat with Mayonnaise.
- Place leaf of Butterhead lettuce on bottom half of English muffin and top with Lobster meat mixture, and enjoy!
