Sourdough Shamrock Toast Recipe
☘️To those celebrating Irish food, drink, and culture today, Happy St. Patrick’s Day ☘️
Pictured is our version of an edible shamrock -- a toasted vegan sourdough Multigrain Dam Good® English Muffin, with a schmear of cream cheese, topped with sliced cucumber!
What you'll need:
- 1 Dam Good® English Muffin, toasted
- 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
- 6 slices of cucumber
- 2 stems of a green pepper
- Parsley for garnish
Steps:
- Schmear 1/2 tablespoon of cream cheese on both halves of the English muffin.
- Layer 3 slices of cucumber on each half of the English muffin in a shamrock shape, and the parsley on top.
- Place green pepper stems as pictured above, and enjoy!
