To make our “English Muffin Latke Breakfast Sandiwch ” recipe, first grab a bag of your favorite sourdough Dam Good™ English Muffin variety (we used vegan ’Original White’)!
What you’ll need:
1 Dam Good™ English Muffin
Sharp cheddar cheese
1 Latke (potato pancake - we recommend It’s Lauren Of Course’s ‘Classic Potato Latkes’ recipe)
Toast English muffin.
While muffin is toasting, fry egg in butter on a non-stick pan.
Melt cheese on egg.
Layer toasted English muffin with fried egg, Latke, and arugula. Enjoy!
