Refreshing, crunchy, and nutritious, is this Kale Caesar Salad recipe with homemade sourdough Dam Good™ English Muffins croutons, and grilled Cajun Shrimp (presented in a hand painted 12” ‘French Blue’ bowl from Sherwood Forest Design). This week, we followed a Caesar Salad recipe from Natasha’s Kitchen, and put our own twist on it by using our sourdough English muffins to make the croutons, and by adding grilled Cajun Shrimp.
Don't be fooled though, this Caesar Salad is light, simple, and delicious making it the perfect summer salad! Sherwood Forest Design is owned by NY-local artist, Soli Pierce whose bowls “serve-up love and green goodness,” and are the “recipe for a good life!” We think that Soli’s bowls are very versatile and the perfect way to brighten-up your countertop :)
