Frankenstein Avocado Toast Recipe

To make our “Frankenstein Avocado Toast” recipe, inspired by Fork and Beans, first grab a bag of your favorite Dam Good™ English Muffin variety (we used vegan "Multigrain")!

What you’ll need:
  • 1 Dam Good™ English Muffin, sliced in half
  • 1/2 Medium avocado, smashed
  • 12 Black olives
  • 1 Mozzarella cheese stick
  • 1 Baby carrot, sliced in half
  • 1 Cherry tomato, sliced in half
Steps:
  1. Toast English muffin
  2. Smear smashed avocado on both halves
  3. Chop 10 olives in half, and place on top half of toasts
  4. Assemble the rest of the face, and enjoy!
